Friday Night Pool
For fencers with prior experience looking to explore whether Empire United Fencing is the right place for them.
For both the up and coming fencer and the seasoned top competitor the importance of finding new and challenging training partners cannot be overstated. Our Friday night pool is a great opportunity to fence with the very best that Empire United has to offer. Many times you will find that travelling to a club with top competitors is never quite as productive as you had envisioned. It is hard to get the best in the club to fence you and even when they do it is hard to get them to take those bouts seriously. The pool at Empire United is taken very seriously as each fencer comes with the purpose of winning the pool. Because the coaching staff monitors and tallies the results of these pools with care and consistency each fencer comes on Friday night with a point to prove.
Annual Membership includes locker rental, access to open bouting, Friday night pools and reduced prices for classes, lessons, camps and in-house tournaments.
