Pre-Elite and Elite Programs

Pre-Elite
Elite
The Pre-Elite program is designed for fencers who want to advance their kills and prepare for competition. Intermediate-level students continue strengthening their fundamentals while being introduced to more advanced techniques, tactics, and strategies of the modern game. Each class is 90 minutes and meets twice per week. A typical session includes warm-up activities, footwork, partner drills, and bouting. Fencers at this level also begin participating in local and regional competitions. A full fencing uniform is required for all classes.
The Elite Program is designed for dedicated competitive fencers aiming to succeed at the national and international level. Participants are expected to attend 3–4 group classes per week and take 2–4 private lessons weekly. Training focuses on footwork, conditioning, mental preparation, and both tactical and technical development.
